About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The mandatory requirements are 5+ years of SQL development, experience with Tableau or Streamlit, hands-on use of Claude Code or Cursor, Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis, Python development experience, an understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines, and an upper-intermediate English level. What you will do
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Interact directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
• Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Autonomously navigate ambiguity, set strategy and priorities, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives for senior leaders and product teams, with a focus on business and customer impact.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
• Operate in a self-guided, strategic manner, determining the most efficient and effective next steps for project and team success.
• Bring an operational mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Take full ownership and persevere through every challenge with consistent energy, regardless of complexity.
• Maintain a deep sense of quality and attention to detail.
• Support teammates by taking on secondary tasks when needed to ensure overall project success. Must haves
• 5+ years of SQL development experience; experience writing and optimizing SQL queries across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including hands-on experience maintaining existing Tableau models and/or migrating them to Streamlit.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience (prioritized over Snowflake where only one can be prioritized).
• Prior practical, hands-on experience using AI coding tools, specifically Claude Code or Cursor, across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research; familiarity or a willingness to learn alone is not sufficient, as these are the primary tools used by the team.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Spreadsheets for running ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate existing data models and calculations to ensure accurate reporting.
• Experience working in an environment that leverages remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level. Nice to haves
• 2+ years of Snowflake development experience. Perks
• Growth without limits: build your skills through mentorship, internal TechTalks, challenging projects, and a dedicated annual learning budget
• Competitive compensation: get recognition that reflects your skills and impact, with regular performance and compensation reviews
• Flexibility: work 100% remotely with adaptable hours that support focus, autonomy, and a healthy work rhythm
• Meaningful, modern projects: build impactful products using modern technologies alongside global teams and leading brands
• Collaborative culture: join a supportive environment with zero micromanagement where ideas are welcomed and contributions are recognized
• Well-being & support: access local well-being programs and people-focused support tailored to your location
