We run their ads, build their CRM and automations, and book appointments for them with bilingual setters. We're growing fast and need someone who can run Meta campaigns AND build the GoHighLevel systems behind them. who sets ad strategy. Your job is to execute at a high level, optimize, and keep every client launch moving. WHAT YOU GET

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Meta Ads
- Launch new client campaigns (lead forms, landing pages, messaging)
- Monitor and optimize daily: CPL, cost per booked appointment, frequency, creative fatigue
- Work with our editor to refresh creatives and copy based on performance
- Set up and troubleshoot Pixel, Conversions API, and event tracking
- Manage Business Manager structure, ad accounts, and permissions GoHighLevel
- Build client sub-accounts from our snapshots
- Build and fix workflows: lead nurture (SMS/email/WhatsApp), appointment reminders, review requests, reactivation
- Set up pipelines, calendars, forms, and lead-form integrations
- Handle A2P 10DLC registration and phone number setup
- Build and edit landing pages and funnels in GHL MUST HAVE
- Extensive experience running Meta Ads for lead generation, with real results you can show
- Strong GoHighLevel
