About CultureSuite CultureSuite is a product-led company building the leading digital platform for the arts, culture and entertainment sectors. Our product powers websites and digital experiences for theatres, concert halls, festivals and venues across Europe, the UK, the US and Australia. We don’t just hand over a login and wish clients luck. We design, implement and launch every client’s website with them, and then help their teams get the most from it for years afterwards. That second part is where you come in. You’ll help clients use CultureSuite with confidence: answering questions and solving problems when they need support, while helping their teams become more capable through training and practical guidance. You’ll cover North American time zones so our growing list of American and Canadian venues has knowledgeable support available during their own working day.

What you'll do
• Own client tickets from first response through resolution: solve what you can, keep clients updated in line with our SLA, and involve second-line specialists or R&D; when needed, without losing track of the issue.
• Take part in our shared 24/7 critical incident response process, including occasional out-of-hours alerts and follow-up.
• Run dashboard training sessions for new clients and refreshers for existing ones, using our standard programme.
• Help clients while they add content to their new websites, so they launch on time.
• Write and update help articles based on the questions you hear most.
• Use AI tools where helpful to solve problems, improve documentation and work more efficiently.
• Hand over to,

and pick up from, our European team each day, so nothing falls through the gap. What you'll bring

• You like learning tools in depth and showing other people the shortcuts. Nice to have
• Experience in arts, culture or live events, especially with ticketing systems (Tessitura, Spektrix, Tixly, Ovatic and similar) or in a venue’s box office or marketing team.
• Awareness of HTML/CSS basics.
• Can speak Dutch/Spanish. This role is for you if
• You’re the person friends call when their tech misbehaves, and you don’t mind.
• A clear, kind reply to a stressed client feels like a small win.
• You enjoy learning a tool inside out, then showing others the shortcuts.
• You like working independently, knowing a team has your back across the Atlantic.
• You’re curious where this could lead: training, implementation, integrations. Why join
• Learn our platform from the ground up with a team that will train you properly.
• A range of growth paths: support,

training, implementation or integrations depending on what feels right for you.
