· Amazing company culture This role is open to candidates based in Latin America. You work with customer data in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). You prepare the data, analyze customer behavior, and explain what the results mean for the business. You clean and transform data. You build reports people can trust. You help the team understand what is happening and what to do next. Our US-based architects design the architecture. You are responsible for the data and analytics work. You work with senior people and learn from their experience. What this takes:
• Hands-on Adobe CJA or Adobe Analytics experience.
• Strong SQL and data engineering skills.
• An understanding of data models: events, customer IDs, schemas, and how datasets connect.
• Ability to turn business questions into useful metrics and analyze customer journeys and conversions.
• Clear communication.
• Attention to data quality.
• Conversational English,



around B2 level.
• Experience with CJA connections, data views, derived fields, and Analysis Workspace.
