• Support supplier qualification, including information collection, document preparation, verification, and archiving.
• Assist with supplier selection strategies, contract preparation, negotiations, reviews, and signing processes.
• Support purchase order (PO) creation, review, issuance, tracking, and change management.
• Maintain supplier relationships through regular communication and operational follow-up.




• Monitor action plans and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Support procurement processes and documentation through internal systems. REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Open to recent graduates with strong academic performance or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience.
• Fluent Spanish and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
