We're looking for a Motion Graphic Designer (AI-Native, Marketing Focus) As a motion graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating cool and engaging graphics. You will create video content and static assets for use across a wide variety of media, including social media, mobile platforms, and emerging media. You will work with a team of creative, marketing, and growth professionals, supporting the company's goals and media initiatives, so a collaborative mindset is an absolute must. Our adecuado candidate is an expert in a range of Adobe products, especially Adobe After Effects. What matters most for this role: ? Strong creative thinking and fresh ideas ? AI-native execution You'll work on: Paid ads, social media, landing pages, decks, email visuals, brand extensions, UI. Our workflow is: Figma-first, async-first, AI-native. You should already be using tools like: Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, Nano-Banana, Seedream, Recraft, ComfyUI, Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini Bonus if you experiment with: Veo, Kling, Runway, Spline, custom ComfyUI workflows We are NOT looking for: ❌ Traditional, print-oriented designers ❌ People who "sometimes use AI" ❌ People who need step-by-step art direction We ARE looking for someone who:

Responsibilities:
* Create static and animated product promos optimized for social media.
* Collaborate with design and marketing teams to understand project scope and objectives.
* Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphics projects.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing new design perspectives and ideas.
* Encode, convert, and edit videos, adding effects and elements to enhance motion graphics.
* Character animation (e.g., for educational content) is a plus.

Qualifications:
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe After Effects (AE).
* Strong motion graphics skills.
* Proficiency in 2D animation.
* Knowledge of visual storytelling through motion.
* Proficiency in 3D animation (a plus).
* Proficiency in interface animation (a plus). Communication
* Native Spanish speaker
* B2/C1 written and spoken English (mandatory)
