Position Overview

The Data Operations &

- AI Solutions Developer is a hybrid business and technology role responsible for modernizing, automating, and scaling the data operations that support AnswerSuite's syndicated healthcare research products and future innovation initiatives.

Initially, this individual will serve as a hands-on owner of critical data operations workflows supporting promotional offerings including proprietary and external data feeds. Through direct involvement in these processes, the individual will gain deep operational expertise while identifying opportunities to automate repetitive activities, improve data quality, and reduce manual effort by creating streamlined approaches.

As operational workflows mature and are transitioned to dedicated operations resources, this role will increasingly focus on building technology solutions, AI-enabled capabilities, internal applications, workflow automation, and client-facing innovations that support existing products and accelerate development of future offerings.

This role works closely with Panel Management, Data Operations, Client Services, Technology, Product Leadership, and external vendors to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions. Strong communication coupled with a collaborative attitude is essential as this role will straddle two teams – panel management and data reference as well as technology innovation. This team member will translate business requirements into technical specifications and actional development plans as well as support training, transition planning, and operational handoffs as automated solutions are implemented.

They will also provide technical guidance on data quality, system design, and workflow improvements.

Data Operations &

- Process Ownership

- Execute and oversee critical data cleansing, mapping, categorization, and quality control activities supporting syndicated research products.
- Maintain data integrity across promotional, advertising, survey, and reference datasets.
- Perform exception handling, investigate data anomalies,



and resolve production issues impacting product delivery.
- Manage product(s), manufacturer(s), classification(s), and reference data updates.
- Support monthly and quarterly production cycles while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Document business rules, operational processes, and data standards to facilitate future automation and knowledge transfer.

Workflow Automation &

- Process Modernization

- Analyze existing operational workflows and identify opportunities to eliminate manual effort through automation.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data processing solutions using SQL, scripting languages, APIs, and database technologies.
- Create tools that improve mapping, validation, reconciliation, exception management, and quality control activities.
- Develop scalable workflows that reduce operational risk and improve processing speed and accuracy.
- Partner with business stakeholders to convert manual business rules into governed and maintainable technical solutions.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and exception management capabilities to streamline operational support.

Application Development &

- Product Enablement

- Design, develop, and support internal and client-facing applications that enhance product delivery and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain full-stack solutions utilizing modern web technologies, APIs, and database platforms.
- Optimize existing applications and implement enhancements based on business and user feedback.
- Integrate third-party and internal data sources to improve product capabilities and operational workflows.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge resources for applications and solutions.

AI &

- Innovation Initiatives

- Identify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies across research operations, product development, and client solutions.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows that improve classification, coding, quality assurance, content review, insight generation, and workflow routing.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate emerging technologies and pilot new AI-enabled capabilities.
- Help define technical requirements and implementation strategies for future AI-powered products and services.
- Contributes to the development of scalable innovation initiatives that drive operational efficiency and commercial growth.




- Create technical documentation and knowledge resources for applications and solutions.

Qualification Requirements

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams (English fluency required)
- Degree (BS/BA required, MS/MA preferred) in Information Systems or Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5-7 years utilizing and leveraging modern data and cloud technologies, like Snowflake, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI, and Azure.
- Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing data-centric and/or software solutions.
- Coding languages python, C#, SQL and modern frontend technologies.
- Experience creating custom and templated data models for Operational, Performance, and/or BI dashboards/reports.
- Strong background in statistics, data modeling, and machine learning concepts.
- Experience with healthcare marketing analytics, healthcare data (Rx, Medical claims) and common medical coding sets (ICD, HCPCs, NPIs) is a plus.
- Knowledgeable on how to utilize AI (ChatGPT and other AI tools) for analytical purposes.
