PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned information and communication technology company, we are looking for talent for the position of Procurement Specialist in Buenos Aires, Argentina (on-site).

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

- Support supplier qualification, including information collection, document preparation, verification, and archiving.
- Assist with supplier selection strategies, contract preparation, negotiations, reviews, and signing processes.
- Support purchase order (PO) creation, review, issuance, tracking, and change management.
- Maintain supplier relationships through regular communication and operational follow-up.




- Monitor action plans and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Support procurement processes and documentation through internal systems.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Open to recent graduates with strong academic performance or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience.
- Fluent Spanish and English; Chinese is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
