About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain frontend and backend services and automation workflows in a data-intensive environment.

The mandatory requirements are strong backend experience with Java and Python, a solid understanding of scalable data architecture, 5+ years of software engineering experience, microservices, React, being based in LatAm, and an upper-intermediate English level.

What you will do

- Build and maintain frontend and backend services and automation workflows, with Java as the primary backend language alongside Python and microservices, plus React on the frontend.
- Bridge software engineering and data engineering responsibilities.
- Work within an agile sprint process backed by a JIRA backlog.
- Deliver with a strong execution focus in evolving, data-intensive environments.
- Collaborate effectively across the engineering team.

Must haves

- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong backend experience with Java as the primary language, along with Python and microservices, plus frontend (React, UI/UX) development.
- Strong understanding of scalable data architecture and performance optimization.
- Strong debugging skills.




- Practical architectural sense.
- Being based in LatAm.
- Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

- Experience with Kafka, Airflow, data lakes, or warehouse ecosystems.
- Familiarity with MLOps, feature stores, or AI platform integration.
- Experience with AWS-native services and observability tooling.
