- Operate and monitor STP equipment and processes to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous wastewater treatment
- Conduct routine inspections, readings, and sampling; record operational data and report abnormalities
- Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team
- Handle chemicals safely, maintain housekeeping, and comply with HSE and environmental regulations
- Maintain accurate logs, checklists, and shift handover records Requirements
- Diploma/certificate in wastewater treatment, mechanical, electrical, or a related field
- 2–3 years relevant experience in STP or wastewater treatment operations
- Knowledge of STP processes, pumps, blowers, chemical dosing, and basic maintenance
- Awareness of HSE, environmental compliance, and safe chemical handling
- Ability to work shifts and complete records accurately
