You will create a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
You will also manage automations within the CRM.
This role requires you to lead development efforts.
Responsibilities Of The Role
Design and build a new CRM system.
Manage and improve CRM automations.
Lead development projects and mentor other developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements.
Ensure the CRM system is scalable and maintainable.
Required Experience And Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software development.
Proven experience building and managing CRM systems.
Experience with automation tools and workflows.
Experience leading development teams.
Strong understanding of software development best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.




Preferred Skills
Experience with specific CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
