Job Description

Seeking for Senior Technical Consultant to lead front-end development of a new cross-platform mobile application built in React Native. The project includes backend services built in .NET; however, this role is focused specifically on the mobile application development effort.

The selected resource will help build a new mobile application from scratch and integrate with Entra ID for authentication and SIS for student data. Candidates should have strong experience developing mobile applications for iOS and Android, including offline functionality, secure data handling, and high-performance mobile application design.

Candidates should have strong React Native development experience and be comfortable establishing a new application, integrating APIs, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting mobile application delivery across iOS and Android platforms.

Skills Must Have

5+ years of professional mobile development experience
3+ years of React Native development experience using TypeScript
Strong understanding of React Native architecture
React Navigation
State management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar)




Native module bridging (iOS/Swift and Android/Kotlin)
Experience building a new application from scratch
Project scaffolding experience
CI/CD setup and release pipeline configuration
REST API integration
GraphQL API integration
OAuth/OIDC authentication flows
Entra ID or similar enterprise identity provider integrations
Jest
React Native Testing Library
Detox/E2E testing
Mobile CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, EAS, or App Center
Familiarity with accessibility standards
Experience with app store submission processes
Experience supporting offline mobile application functionality
Experience with data encryption on mobile devices and data encryption in transit
Experience optimizing performance for mobile applications
