We are looking for driven Business Development Managers to grow PU Prime's partner network across Spanish-speaking Latin America, working fully remote.What you'll doIdentify, onboard and manage Introducing Broker (IB) and affiliate partnerships across your target marketsDrive client acquisition and lead generation through partner networks, social media and affiliatesTrack partner performance and report regular insights on resultsBuild long-term relationships with partners that bring sustained, high-volume trafficStay on top of industry trends,



competitors and regulations in the Forex/CFD spaceWhat we're looking forExperience in partnership management, business development or sales, ideally at a Forex/CFD broker, crypto exchange, prop firm or iGaming companyAn existing network of IBs, affiliates or trading communities in LATAM is a strong plusKnowledge of CFDs, Forex and online trading platforms (MT4/MT5) is highly preferredAble to balance relationship-building with hitting numbersSelf-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote settingNative or fluent Spanish required.
Working level of English (written and spoken).
