You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and Legal to optimize processes that drive high-quality talent outcomes across LATAM and beyond.The role is remote with a general scope, reporting to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence.
You will shape governance, adopt continuous improvement, and support cycle launches across regions.
