Blacksmith Agency LLC seeks a Design Systems Lead to take ownership of how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from a brand and reference sites into a working system: tokens, variables, modes, and core components for a repeatable build pipeline.
This is a senior, systems-first role. You will stand up new systems quickly and accurately across several client brands at once, not one-off pages or maintenance.
