Eaton is seeking a Services Business Leader for LATAM who will own the regional Services strategy, P&L;, and a scalable delivery engine across multiple countries. The role reports to the LATAM VP/GM and requires driving profitable, on-time service delivery and a consistent customer experience.

The adecuado candidate has 10+ years in services with regional leadership experience, a track record of growing revenue and margins, and fluency in English with Spanish or Portuguese.
