Bluelight Consulting Llc is seeking an UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for Field Operations SaaS. The role focuses on designing how work moves through the product, from field capture to review, ensuring robust flows and clear handoffs between mobile and web—no visual polish, pure process design. You’ll collaborate with a second designer focused on visuals and own the flow side.
You’ll report to the Head of Engineering and your designs will be built into the product, not left in a backlog.
