React Software Engineer (React + .NET)

About the opportunity

Love building interfaces people actually enjoy using? Help lower healthcare costs by bringing drug-price transparency to the point of care. We’re hiring a front-end-focused Full Stack Software Engineer for our client, a U.S. health IT company.

You’ll own the user experience of products that help doctors and patients make better, more affordable decisions, from polished, responsive React interfaces to the .NET APIs behind them. This work is core to the company’s business, and its impact reaches the wider U.S. healthcare system.

What you’ll do

- Build modern, responsive Single Page Applications in React, from component architecture to pixel-level polish.
- Translate designs into clean, reusable UI components, and help make UX decisions along the way.
- Optimize front-end performance for data-heavy, high-traffic screens.
- Connect the UI to high-performance RESTful APIs, and build or extend backend services in .NET Core and C# when needed.
- Modernize user interfaces that integrate with legacy systems.




- Work with stakeholders to turn complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Contribute to testing, DevOps, and QA practices that keep the platform fast and stable.

What you bring

Must-haves

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with modern JavaScript, building Single Page Applications with modern JS and CSS frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in React, HTML, and CSS, with a good eye for UI design.
- Experience with Sketch or similar UI design tools.
- Experience with .NET Core and C#.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, including Entity Framework.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Nice to have

- Redux
- Experience building modern user interfaces that integrate with legacy systems
- Experience with high-transaction or high-throughput business systems
- Healthcare industry experience
