What you'll do:
Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals through coaching, delegation, and technical guidance.

Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, helping them understand their financial performance and make informed decisions.
Manage complex accounting engagements, including month-end close, financial statement review, cleanups, and implementations.
Drive engagement profitability by managing budgets, scope, team capacity, and operational efficiency.
Improve accounting workflows, embrace automation and technology, and help us continuously elevate the way we serve clients.
