**Partner with the bestThis position will be responsible to perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair and calibration after installation.As a Field Specialist - Mechanical, you will be responsible for:Leading and executing foundation and soft foot check and adjustments.Leading and executing assembly/installation and alignment of the equipmentLeading and executing independently inspection of the equipmentProviding business ownership for work in assigned areasEstablishing and maintain business relationships (customer and BH)Providing leadership to balance customer service satisfaction and BH objectivesDriving Safety, On-time Delivery, Productivity, Quality, and CostPerforming field engineering service work, as required, to properly serve the customerSupporting emergent and emergency customer needsCreating an engaging work environment where other BH and the customer's employees are motivated to optimally performOwning lessons learned process for BH / customer efforts at assigned sites,



ensuring all BH and customer learning are applied, increasing probability of achieving customer goals.Supporting Root Cause Analysis efforts within customer and BH organizations relating to customer failures, forced outages and incidents of interest.
**Fuel your passion**To be successful in this role you will:Have an engineering degree or technical degree.Have an active CREA or CFTDemonstrate minimum of 5 (five) years in experience in Turbomachinery (TMS) equipment (including gas, steam or heavy duty turbines) OR equivalent in Compressors - **is a must.
**Demonstrate minimum of 2 (two) years in experience in Baker Hughes equipment, attested by company that has carried out scope in the equipment covered the site operation, commissioning, and start-up - **is a must**Demonstrate capability in working under pressure, clear thinking, decisiveness.
Team player skills.Demonstrate solid knowledge of compressors equipment.Be able to make strong analytic and problem-solving skills together with good interpersonal & organizational skillsMust be a leader with excellent listening, project management, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Have mechanical Field Engineer/Technician with
