# Analista FuncionalBuenos Aires, Argentina · Hybrid · ContractorWe are looking for a **Functional Analyst / Business Analyst** to join an ERP implementation project within the energy sector.## Technologies & Areas* •ERP Implementation & Integration* •IBM Maximo / Microsoft Dynamics* •Business Analysis & Functional Requirements* •SQL* •Functional Documentation* •AS-IS / TO-BE* •UAT & Functional Testing* •Vendor & Stakeholder Management## Responsibilities* •Lead and coordinate the functional implementation of ERP systems.* •Act as the main point of contact between business teams and external implementation partners.* •Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.* •Participate in functional design, configuration, and system integration.* •Coordinate UAT, functional testing, and user acceptance.* •Support users during implementation, go-live, and post-implementation.* •Become the functional reference for both applications.## Requirements* •3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst,



or ERP Functional Consultant.* •Experience in ERP or enterprise software implementations.* •Strong requirements gathering and functional documentation skills.* •SQL knowledge and UAT experience.* •Experience coordinating vendors and business stakeholders.* •Excellent communication, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.* •Ability to lead functional implementation activities.## Nice to Have* •IBM Maximo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar ERP/EAM platforms.* •Experience in energy, industrial operations, maintenance, or asset management.* •Experience with ERP integrations.## Work Details* •**Location:** CABA / AMBA, Argentina* •**Work mode:** Hybrid – 2 days on-site per week* •**Contract:** Contractor, paid in Argentine pesos* •**Dedication:** Full time## Apply for this position+1Are you available to start immediately? \*
