Pavago is expanding its GTM engine from Austin, TX with a builder-first, hands-on growth role. You’ll wire campaigns end-to-end, directing Claude Code to automate lists, enrich data, and manage outbound channels while collaborating with sales, field teams, and partnerships. You’ll own first-party measurement and craft scalable, compliant growth loops.
The role demands 3+ years in marketing, strong data skills, and comfort with APIs and scripting.
