This person strengthens backend Java services alongside Salesforce Service Cloud integrations, diagnosing and resolving API and platform issues.

Production troubleshooting, incident support,



and on-call rotation are part of the role.WHAT YOU WILL DO - Own backend Java services and platform-level engineering supporting the Case object ecosystem, including service logic, data processing, and platform reliability for case-related features.

- Contribute to active engineering efforts across internally owned daemons and MuleSoft capabilities, with a focus on the integration layer.
- Support stakeholders and their reps in Service Cloud, partnering with internal teams on integration-related issues affecting Cases and case workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting downstream Salesforce Service Cloud processes.
- Participate in the DFR (Developer First Responder) rotation and Ops Review process as a core, non-optional responsibility.
