Descripción de la vacante The SH&E; Specialist I supports the Customer Qualifications team by providing timely and accurate responses to customer safety requirements across multiple North American divisions. This role partners with SH&E; professionals and other internal stakeholders to manage customer prequalification requirements, safety documentation, and third-party platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of third-party customer prequalification accounts, ensuring information and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
- Monitor customer compliance status and proactively identify documentation, training, insurance, or safety program requirements.
- Partner with SH&E; teams and other internal stakeholders to resolve customer requirements and support continued customer site access.
- Coordinate and upload required documentation, including safety programs, insurance certificates, training records, safety statistics, and supporting documents.
- Support employee enrollment in customer-specific training and communicate relevant requirements to field teams.
- Maintain Customer Qualification documentation, SOPs, and supporting materials.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries received through the shared mailbox.
- Support projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Analytics and Operational Excellence COE.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Health & Safety, Administrative Support, or a related area.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
