We are a search marketing agency built primarily for lawyers and doctors. We help attorneys and medical practices get found on Google, in AI search tools like ChatGPT, and everywhere else their future clients and patients are looking. We’re a small, senior team that runs on documented systems, and we care about two things: real results and clients who stay with us for years.

The role

We’re looking for a Senior SEO Account Manager who loves working with clients and has the SEO depth to back it up. You’ll own the relationships for a portfolio of 15-30 law firms and medical practices. You’ll be their main point of contact and the person who ensures they understand the value we deliver.

This role is weighted toward client communication, but you’ll need hands-on SEO knowledge to lead strategy conversations, explain results, and spot problems before clients do. You’ll report directly to our VP.

What you’ll do

- Manage a portfolio of 15-30 attorney and physician clients
- Lead monthly strategy calls and walk clients through their results
- Translate SEO data into clear, plain-English recommendations
- Work with our internal team to make sure deliverables are on time and on target
- Identify at-risk accounts early and turn them around
- Spot opportunities to expand services where it genuinely helps the client
- Keep client communication fast, professional, and proactive





What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of SEO experience at an agency
- Proven track record of managing and retaining clients
- Strong working knowledge of Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4
- Excellent written and spoken English; you’ll be speaking with US attorneys and doctors daily
- Organized, calm under pressure, and able to juggle multiple accounts
- Available to work 9am-5pm, or 8am-4pm US Eastern Time

Nice to have

- Experience with legal or medical clients
- Familiarity with GEO (generative engine optimization) or AI search visibility
