Entrepreneur Cooperative seeks a Loan Processor & Underwriter for a fully remote role serving a U.S.-based private real estate lender.
You will own underwriting, document collection, and conditions through close, with a focus on business-purpose loans (Fix & Flip, Bridge, DSCR, construction).
You must have 1.5+ years of hands-on experience at a U.S. hard money or private lender, excellent English, and keen attention to detail to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
