The SH&E; Specialist I supports the Customer Qualifications team by providing timely and accurate responses to customer safety requirements across multiple North American divisions.
This role partners with SH&E; professionals and other internal stakeholders to manage customer prequalification requirements, safety documentation, and third-party platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of third-party customer prequalification accounts, ensuring information and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
Monitor customer compliance status and proactively identify documentation, training, insurance, or safety program requirements.
Partner with SH&E; teams and other internal stakeholders to resolve customer requirements and support continued customer site access.
Coordinate and upload required documentation, including safety programs, insurance certificates, training records, safety statistics, and supporting documents.
Support employee enrollment in customer-specific training and communicate relevant requirements to field teams.
Maintain Customer Qualification documentation,



SOPs, and supporting materials.
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries received through the shared mailbox.
Support projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Analytics and Operational Excellence COE.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Health & Safety, Administrative Support, or a related area.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
