Your Responsibilities
The Community Manager plays a key role in property operations and resident satisfaction.
Key duties include:




Lead and manage all on-site team members and vendorsEnsure compliance with Tax Credit regulations and all company policiesOversee daily property operations and financial performanceDevelop and execute marketing strategies to maintain full occupancyDrive resident satisfaction and retention programsPrepare and manage budgets and operational reportsMaintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
What We're Looking For:
To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Bring
Experience in property management (Tax Credit experience is required)A track record of successful leasing, renewals, and resident satisfactionStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency in OneSite or similar property management software (preferred)Confidence using MS Office and standard office equipmentA positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering results
