The Sr.
Finance Business Partner will provide quantitative and qualitative analyses of all operational aspects of the fast-growing Latin America organization in order to evaluate the company's progress toward achieving its goals and to map out future goals and plans.
The position considers economic and business trends, reviews past company performance, and attempts to anticipate obstacles and potential problems, all with an eye toward forecasting the company's future financial results.The position requires someone with a strong Financial acumen and the ability to manage competing demands within a complex organization.
The role will be responsible for FP&A; tasks including extensive involvement in the annual budget and forecasting processes, integral and regional macro trend analysis, and other financial analysis projects/deep dives.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities during budgeting, reforecast, and month end close cyclesPerform variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on month-end financial performance, and support the preparation of financial reports and presentationsPerform analysis and special projects to support the business objectivesSupport risk and opportunities tracking throughout Latin AmericaGenerate financial models and produce associated deliverablesAnalyze complex financial information to identify underlying business drivers and trends to deliver improved profitabilitySupport the management of financial tools, financial and KPI reporting, and data analytics systems while upholding the governance, integrity, and accuracy of all end-user dataIdentify, research, and resolve complex business problems, apply analytics techniques, and develop solutions to drive sales, finance, operations,



and overall outcomesActs as a trusted analytics and data visualization advisor to stakeholders and team membersLead change management processes for new/improved business processes and reportingPartner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-makingKnowledge, skills and experience requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance or FP&A; roleExperience supporting projects which drive financial and operational efficienciesProven experience translating data into user friendly, business informationDemonstrated Advanced Microsoft Excel financial modelingExperience working with Tableau or PowerBIAbility to organize and manage large data sets, apply strong analytical skills to resolve complex problemsPerson SpecificationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related degreeMinimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in a Finance or FP&A; roleBI and/or Data Analytics experience preferredAdvanced MS Office skills (Excel and PPT)Experience in identifying and supporting projects which drive financial and operational performanceMust be open to hybrid work schedule and occasional travelAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to speak and write fluently in EnglishMaster's Degree or MBA a plusHospitality, Retail, or Travel industry experience a plusCore CompetenciesStrategic thinking and analytical skillsOrganized and Results-OrientedFlexible and able to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environmentEffective Written and Oral CommunicatorLearning and Optimizing MindsetAccountabilityReward & Benefits: What's in it for me?
