NeoWork is hiring Bookkeepers to manage day-to-day financial records for U.S. companies and accounting firms.
You will keep the books accurate and up to date, from transaction recording through month-end reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
Record transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers
Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Review balance sheets and P&L; statements to identify discrepancies
Support month-end close and prepare basic financial reports
Follow established SOPs and communicate issues to the accounting manager
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero
Strong understanding of reconciliations and basic accounting principles




High attention to detail and accuracy
Good written English for communicating with U.S. teams
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Based in Argentina, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have
Experience with U.S. clients or U.S. GAAP
Degree in Accounting or related field
