You will be responsible for test design, execution and defectmanagement.
You will adhere to the defined testing strategy, templates, processes in yourscrum team(s).
You will identify risks, dependencies and issues affecting QA activities andremediate those with support from the Sr QA Lead and other stakeholdersKey Responsibilities:Work closely with development teams to understand project requirements andensure alignment on QA objectivesTest planning, scripting/test case writing and requirement traceabilityTest execution – smoke, regression, end to end testing and provide UAT supportIdentify test automation scope and build/execute test automation scriptsDefect management, triage and associated retesting/regression testingTest data identification and preparation, test environment management incoordination with the release teamsCollaborate with various project stakeholders such as Product Owners, TechnicalManagers,



architects and Development teams across various stages of the projectfor implementing and adhering to defined QA practicesPeriodic review of the testing activities with the Technical Test Manager/SrLead/Client QA LeadsProvide project quality reports and insights to the leadershipIdentify risks, dependencies and issues and collaborate/escalate for resolutionSupport the QA leadership on the process implementation, transformation andinnovation fronts.Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.5+ years of QA experienceExperience testing within Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud)Experience in working in agile environments and a strong understanding of QAmethodologies, tools, and processesExcellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying andresolving issues.Highly desirable: Experience in E2E QA landscape – core testing, test datamanagement, test environment and tool managementHighly desirable: Experience in automated testing tools and frameworksHighly desirable: Hands on experience/understanding of Salesforce landscapeNice to have: Exposure to/experience in performance testingQuick learner and a mindset to learn – e.g.,
