Cloudbeds is seeking an experienced Level 2 Tax & Accounting Support Specialist (CPA/EA preferred) to provide specialized support for US accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll inquiries.
This role requires strong accounting judgment and the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.The position is remote, supports 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET with staggered US hours, uses Zendesk and other platforms, and involves documenting resolutions, improving workflows, and communicating technical findings
