Sezzle is seeking a proactive Chargeback Operations Intern to join our fast-paced fintech team.
You will analyze card, debit, and ACH disputes, collaborate with fraud, disputes, and engineering teams, and help improve loss prevention through data-driven insights.Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills are essential.
Familiarity with Claude or other LLM tools is a plus; you will leverage AI to boost productivity in a hybrid schedule with a 9:00–5:30 Central Time window.
