We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to join our busy property management team.
This is a fully remote position working EST hours under a Senior Leasing Manager.
Candidates must be highly organized, able to multitask, take initiative, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves leasing administration, applicant and tenant follow-up, documentation, data entry, and frequent phone communication.
Requirements
Fluent English and Spanish
strong Excel and technology skills
professional phone communication
reliable high-speed internet
an up-to-date PC or Mac
distraction-free workspace
Strong math skills and prior leasing/property management experience are a plus
