You will own client relationships, coordinate hardware deployments, and manage tickets spanning planning, procurement, deployment, and sign‐off.You will supervise on-site and remote hands work, review work orders for technical accuracy, and ensure adherence to safety and change management protocols.
Excellent communication with clients and teams is essential.
