Silicium Laboratories Europe seeks a Junior Growth & AI Operator to lead AI across the organization, setting up tools, prompts, and automations, and owning the full revenue path for LIVING SILICA® from ad to sale. You will run paid media across Google, Meta, and Amazon while building AI-driven landing pages, CRM automations, and dashboards.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager and teams to optimize HubSpot flows, run A/B tests, and translate insights into actions that grow conversions
