Last Stop Moving is seeking an executive assistant to support the CEO of a growing moving and storage business.
You will own the CEO's inbox and calendar, draft replies in the CEO's voice, and ensure commitments are tracked and completed.This remote, full-time contractor role requires excellent written English, proactive problem-solving, and mastery of Google Workspace and Slack.
You'll coordinate with a regional team in South America and help keep playbooks up to date with AI tools.
