We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to diagnose and resolve production issues for a high-traffic hiring events product.The mandatory requirements are 4+ years of software engineering experience, Spring Boot, Django, experience with Dagster, data lakes, or Amazon Athena, and an upper-intermediate English level.What you will doAnalyze and resolve production issues, with particular focus on in-progress hiring events.Partner closely with client-facing teams to triage and address support tickets.Ensure issues are resolved promptly to meet established SLAs.Monitor production systems and respond swiftly to alerts or performance degradation ("going red").
Support architecture changes and system integrations that may impact hiring events.Maintain and update event logic in response to changes in dependencies and underlying systems.Support and onboard additional team members as further roles are filled, with Lead/Senior-level hires prioritized first to enable this.Must haves4+ years of professional software engineering experience.Java/Spring Boot as the primary skill set, first priority.Django/Python as a secondary skill set, second priority.React.Kafka.GraphQL.SQL or MongoDB.Build and deployment experience.Senior-level engineer able to ramp up quickly and assume ownership across multiple projects.High level of ownership and autonomy.Experience with at least one of the following: Dagster,



Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.Nice to havesProduct Manager experience working with GTM teams and engineers to help with prioritization.Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Windsurf).
