What you'll do:

- Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals through coaching, delegation, and technical guidance.
- Oversee a portfolio of business clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely deliverables, and exceptional client service.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, helping them understand their financial performance and make informed decisions.
- Manage complex accounting engagements, including month-end close, financial statement review, cleanups, and implementations.
- Drive engagement profitability by managing budgets, scope, team capacity, and operational efficiency.
- Improve accounting workflows, embrace automation and technology, and help us continuously elevate the way we serve clients.
