Role Overview:

Under supervision, manages Non-Perishable Food and Merchandise Operations, supporting inventory management, merchandise presentation, and customer service. Assists in maintaining a safe environment and safeguarding assets according to procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow processes to receive, open, unpack, stock, rotate, and display merchandise, including building displays and managing returns.
- Open and close the store, handle refunds and overrides, and manage cash register operations, including deposits.
- Support store management in scheduling, ordering, and inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper product presentation.
- Implement plan-o-grams, manage markdowns, control damages, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Lead safety initiatives, ensure store cleanliness,



and promote a secure shopping and working environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assist with paperwork, operate cash registers, and support store workflows related to stocking standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Effective communication, attention to detail, physical ability to handle merchandise (lifting up to 55 pounds), and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate equipment such as scanners, pricing guns, and carts. Flexibility to perform various physical tasks including standing, bending, and climbing.
