The project comprises all the necessaryprerequisites to produce the final products, including raw materials,infrastructure, and product logistics.Logistic& Administration Coordinator, ALC, is responsible for the logistics andadministration at Site.Duties and responsibilitiesDevelopment,



coordinationand implementation of Company standards for smooth administration andlogistics operation;Coordinate the organizationof Site logistics;Coordinate arriving anddeparting personnel, including those of suppliers and licensers(tickets, bookings, passport, visas and transport);Coordinate local purchasesfor Site needs;Management andco-ordination of vehicles and personnel transport systems;Manage Logistic &Administration; Assistants;Coordinate and monitorpreparation of routine estimates of local expenses in Site;Maintain and manage afacility budget, maintain inventories including weekly inventories ofsupplies and equipment, monitor the surplus and over spending;Ensure the safe operationof vehicles, equipment, and appliances by facilities staff;Knowledge & QualificationsUniversity Degree orDiploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.ExperienceSignificant EPC experiencein managing Logistics of Large/XL petrochemical plantsSimilar role covered atleast in last three projects of comparable size;At least 5 years'experience in the Administration and Logistic management.Skillsand AbilitiesExcellent IT and analyticalskills;Strong interpersonal,team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong biastoward timely performance and problem resolution;Excellent communications,team-oriented and interpersonal skills;Whatwe offerDirect employment withMAIRE Group.Competitive compensationand benefits package.Long-term careerdevelopment in international EPC projects.Opportunity to work onstrategic projects across South America and worldwide.
