We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our team.
You will handle customer payment follow-ups.
The idóneo candidate has experience in collections.
You should have strong communication skills.
You should also have a proactive approach to understanding and resolving payment delays.
Responsibilities Of The Role
Contact customers by phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments.Understand why customers have not paid and work toward resolving payment issues.Maintain a professional and persistent approach to collections.Handle email follow-ups and other administrative tasks related to the collections process.




Required Experience And Qualifications
1 year of previous experience in collections or accounts receivable.Strong phone communication skills and a customer-focused approach.A collections mindset, with a focus on payment recovery rather than sales.Good written and verbal English communication skills; accent clarity is important.Strong follow-up, organization, and problem-solving skills.

9 AM to 5 PM EST
