Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on key business metricsClean, validate, and analyze large datasets from CRMs, dialers, and operational systemsMonitor KPIs daily and flag trends, risks, and anomaliesTranslate data into clear recommendations for managers and client stakeholdersAutomate manual reporting processes where possibleDocument data definitions and reporting logic2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligenceAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (Power Query, pivot tables, formulas)Experience with SQL and/or a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau,
