SupportYourApp in Rosario, Argentina, is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to troubleshoot backend issues, analyze logs, and collaborate with Engineering from a home office.
You will work with SQL, AWS, Sentry, Grafana, and API debugging to diagnose cross-system problems while maintaining runbooks and customer satisfaction.This fully remote role targets an international team and USD compensation.
The adecuado candidate has strong troubleshooting, customer-facing experience, and excellent English (C1)
