Remotely+ is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with staffing, BPO, or high-volume recruitment experience across Latin America. The role is remote and requires exceptional English for US-based clients, with interview, candidate summary, and stakeholder communication responsibilities.
You will manage multiple searches, source candidates, screen high volumes, and build robust pipelines. Use AI, ATS/CRM tools (Zoho Recruit) to improve efficiency as we scale the recruiting function.
