NeoWork is hiring Accounting Managers to lead accounting operations for U.S. companies.
You will own the month-end close, oversee AP and AR, and make sure financial records are accurate, timely, and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities
Own the month-end close process and financial reporting
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment runs
Review reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
Manage and review the work of bookkeepers and accounting associates
Maintain internal controls and documentation
Partner with client finance leaders on reporting and process improvements
Requirements
5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and close processes




Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems
Advanced Excel skills
Good written and spoken English
High attention to detail and strong ownership
Based in Argentina, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have
Experience with U.S. GAAP
CPA or equivalent qualification
