You will build an internal Customer Experience Operations Platform using React and TypeScript, delivering agent-facing experiences within a modular frontend architecture.You will work closely with backend services, product, and CX stakeholders, applying AI-assisted development practices to prototype faster, validate code, and improve testing and deployment processes.
