If you're a builder at heart and excited by the potential of ML-driven products, it's your opportunity to grow a team and shape the products it delivers.What You'll Do:Lead and mentor a team of ML engineers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, hiring, coaching, and developing top-tier engineering talent.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, ML, Design) to define and deliver ambitious product roadmaps.Write, review, and ship high-quality, production-grade code when needed.Drive architectural decisions and ensure long-term scalability, performance,
