Caylent seeks a Senior QA/Test Engineer specializing in Amazon Connect and CCaaS to design and execute test strategies. You will validate contact flows, IVR, AI agent behavior, and migrations while building automated and manual test suites across UI, API, and serverless backends.

You will lead UAT sessions, monitor quality metrics, and mentor junior engineers, ensuring production readiness and robust test assets within Caylent's remote, integral team.
