CrucialPoint and Symby are seeking an operations lead to own processes across both agencies. You’ll roll out systems, templates, and cadences, and run the weekly delivery rhythm with clear ownership and blockers tracked. This role is remote, contractor-based, with flexible hours and an initial 90-day trial.
You will onboard new clients and team members, monitor capacity, and flag issues early with proposed fixes. English fluency is required for integral collaboration.
